Call of Duty®: Black Ops III is a first-person shooter video game developed by Treyarch and published by Activision. The game is set in 2065, where advanced military technology has created a new breed of soldier known as “Black Ops” soldiers. These soldiers are highly skilled and battle-hardened warriors with enhanced speed, strength and reflexes. Players take control of one such soldier who must complete various missions set in various environments, such as urban cities or jungle warfare zones.

The game features several innovative gameplay mechanics that set it apart from other shooters in its genre. The most notable feature is its character customization system which allows players to customize their soldier's appearance, weapons loadouts and even abilities through an extensive progression system. This gives each player unique opportunities to develop their playstyle according to their preferences. Additionally, several cooperative modes are available for up to four players, allowing them to team up against waves of AI opponents or engage in competitive multiplayer battles with other human players online. As well as these more traditional modes, several Zombies mode maps are available for download, providing hours worth intense zombie survival action. 

However, this impressive arsenal has some drawbacks; some users have reported issues when attempting to establish connections between consoles or PCs during online play, while others have complained about frame rate drops during intense firefights due to graphical optimization issues on certain platforms better than others. Despite these minor flaws, however, Call Of Duty®: Black Ops III remains an excellent example shooter game design that will provide plenty of entertainment for both singleplayer fans and co-op gamers alike.
